Individual 50 minute session $200.
Payment is due at time of services by cash, check, credit/debit or HSA card.
We do not bill insurance but your health insurance company may reimburse you. It is the responsibility of you and your insurance company to understand the rate of reimbursement if any.
Minimum 24 hours advance notice by phone is required to cancel an appointment. No shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours advance notice will be charged at full session rate as indicated. Two cancellations or no-shows w/o 24 hours advance notice will require discontinuation of services for 12 months.
